Winward Lane was developed out of love. Brandon Parker, co-owner of B&K Build, partnered with his life mentor of building and creating, Kimberlee Parker, his dad, who spent months together on working with their land. Meanwhile, Khalid Arafeh, the other co-owner of B&K, was engineering the most beneficial floor plan to appease the best use of the property while maintaining maximum square footage. Together, Winward Lane was born.
